2b) Blinds were seen hung in the living room (where the piano is). 2c) a child napped in the living room. A charging cord was plugged into an outlet near where this child was set up. 2d) plastic bags are stored under the sinks accessible to children. 3d) the laundry room door was open during the visit. A child was placed for nap time just outside this door. The washer and dryer are accessible to the children. 5b) the outlets next to the sink in the bathroom are not "TR" Tamper Resistant. One is GFCI type. The other is covered with an autoshutter plate.
